At the risk of sounding contrarian, I kind of disagree. TiTS doesn't focus on the corruption aspect and the TF's are framed as cosmetic so it works in a more biological cyberpunk sorta way. I don't know if that makes sense but it was the best way I could think of to frame it. The problem with CoC2 isn't so much that there are starting races, but more that there's nothing done with them being corrupted. Since we're not playing as outsiders a blue elf lady or swole cowgirl isn't weird. The problem imo is that they don't really present corrupt forms of the races outside of "lol get horns". It's more the lack of creativity, dead horse I know, that hinders it instead of the inclusion of starting races. Also the lack of forced of forced TFs, but I'll begrudgingly concede I understand why that was diminished since customization is such a big part.
In regards to TiTS, this wasn't really Savin or Fen but there was this character called Embry. They wanted to portray a trans person's struggles but because the game setting is so focused on transformation they had to create a whole species that is just immune to most TF's. Imo it felt forced and not genuine, like the struggle was being romanticized, but that's just me. She wasn't well received as a result but she's an admittedly harmless footnote you can easily ignore.
I'll concede everyone's experiences are different and I don't have the context to these anecdotes, but I and the transwomen I know would never call ourselves the first three unless as an inside joke with friends. But I don't know the transwomen you do and what their humor is. I mostly joke about having the bigger dick despite it being nerfed to -3 inches but someone else may find that distasteful. My friends would use Futa probably though if they knew/were willing to admit the knew what it was. Given the history of and current connotation of the word shemale as well as Savin's fervent use and defense of it, I refuse to give him the benefit of the doubt. It's more the context around Savin and a bunch of stuff that adds up than any one thing.
And I could just be sensitive and jaded given current stuff that I won't mention at the risk of getting way off topic.
Honestly, I think we can all cross the aisle and agree on that together.
I min-maxed to unlock the Social Justice Eldritch Knight Subclass. When combined with the Transfemme bloodline it unlocks Eldritch Miku Miku Beam as a cantrip. It does carry the downside of making me randomly info dump lore about my favorite games no one else cares about but it deals psychic damage so it's not all bad.
Truly the worst sin. They are the worst of the OP OCs. They're so bad I wonder how they, or most of Bubble's stuff, got greenlit.
Cause he's gotta save face after getting such poor reception that he's lost an echo chamber's structural integrity. Also he made the mistake of assuming everyone was like him and didn't want the corruption content and wasn't emotionally prepared to be told he done goofed. I would fucking love to see what he's saying in the dev discord, especially since he's kinda hiding again since his defense got lukewarm support.
