Eh there used to be some structure to the forum wayyy back in the beginning, I imagine we all used to like this game at some point of time but with how lackluster updates became and the normal tomfoolery that occurs with development we all just kinda chill here and

There's not really a central theme to the mod. It adds content that anons felt would be a good addition and would fit in with the broader game.
What makes it different is the extensive settings menu. You can turn on/off any of the more extreme fetishes, and mess around with difficulty settings in general. And yes, that does include completely removing Urta from the game with one simple press of a button.
Also, the content generally feels like it passed through some good quality assurance before getting added into the game, unlike other mods *cough Xianxia cough* which shouldn't be named. (The bafflingly unfinished and unedited living gauntlets acquisition event, which happens in a blatantly unfinished/work in progress dungeon still lives rent free in my head, it was THAT awful.)

The only coc mod I played it the one byt Kitteh. It's pretty damn fun, aand has new npcs in it.

I just think most of it is misery porn with nothing really to gain from it. I tend not to like Ntr not simply because what it represents but it does it in such a lazy and stupid way. I know there are cheaters out in the world but someone in a genuine loving relationship makes it hard for me to believe they would abandon their happiness and future just because some homeless man with a large stinky penis fucked them good. They also fail to tackle the consequences of those actions. I read one that had potential because the ntr was a old bastard and the mc was a fit dude. When he found out the old man fucked his girl he beat the shit out of him, but then it ended with her falling for the old man's dick anyway with the mc watching helplessly, which didn't make sense. Atleast with your scenario, it makes sense why they did what they did because they were being controlled by a jewel. I prefer shit to make sense. Slow-burn corruption to me is all about targeting the person and their ego. It's so hot because it's so personal, you are dumping them in bimbo juice and making their iq fall off a mountain. You are making them slowly question their beliefs and changing them on a spiritual level. Gweyr would be a good target simply because of how isolated and angry she is with her entire situation. She has dealt with cult members and the likes but hasn't really let anyone close to her. The champ can take advantage of her and twist her to becoming his woman. Her husband would be none the wiser and she's already dead to everyone else. The old she-wolf doesn't just want to fix her mistakes, she wants to be loved again, even though she tries to hide it under her gruff exterior. The reason Savin doesn't like writing it is probably because it requires hard work and understanding the character so, it's not just a touch and go thing.

Literally couldn't put it better myself honestly. It's really lazy. When they just say, oh, they're a slut or oh, it's automatic bimbo juice. There's this author —Rocket Monkey— is a good example of schlop Ntr where you're really just here for how good his drawings are, because the characters are stereotypes.

There are categories in Ntr, I remember someone posting the various permutations of Ntr. But goddammit if they never explore the story or characters going through it. I don't read or watch Ntr. Rocket Monkey is just has great milf designs but fuck I can't tolerate tht shit. Can never understand it.

/hgg/ and Xianxia are both build off of that one, and that was abandoned a very long time ago. You should check out the modern state of CoC1 mods.

A ton of kinks are like that, but with NTR, where it's built around character dynamics instead of just a really base level thing, lazy approach is extremely and overbearingly egregious. I can't imagine how even a fan of it would disagree that that's a problem.

Anyway I think Savin sucks at regular NTR because it can be a form of corruption and Savin hates corruption content. NTR is also tricky to make work since if you're not into that or viewing as an impartial observer it falls flat. If the viewer self inserts into the cuckold or are forced into the cuck's POV then it's a bad time. Also people came to this game for corruption and RPG mechanics, not a specific niche of divisive kink.

Yeah, writers disappearing was a major issue, especially earlier in development. And leaving unfinished business NEVER ends well.

But because there’s that risk, I make sure to button up all my shit just in case, because I will NOT be the next Bubblelord.

There's this bit that could easily be exploited about Gweyr, that her isolation is about self inflicted punishment, in a way, you must reconcile, and this is the part I'm not sure anyone on that team would be willing to explore because they made her too powerful while at the same time, not strong enough to end Tollus and the other guy, that Gweyr actually feels guilty about what she did, despite understanding that her actions were, in context, necessary

The idea to exploit then both her isolation and this element of self hatred would be apt to add a third element in order to push her fall, at the moment, she's been purging her murders through the hunt of any cultist she can find, despite understanding that her actions are not really stalling Tollus

Think about it, the one thing she didn't give up was her relationship with Garth, now, feeling after so long that someone wants her, desires her, sees her as a woman and worthy companion, imagine the second she gives in, all her suppressed passion finally free and then, she wakes up at the next day and all that guilt is there, the one thing that was still pure forever tainted

The thing is that writing something like that takes a lot, unlike "hehe the gyaru blonde guy and the hobo tag teamed the childhood friend and now cuck-kun is crying while fapping". At the end of the day a lot of ntr authors are doing a Savin and pushing short, fast paced stuff that they know will sell, or they TOBS their way around a long ass ntr light novel that goes nowhere because they got tired midway, and let's not talk about the lifetime movie approach nor the horrors of the female goonerspace
