Which patch? No matter, whether it's the Incest Patch or the Ruby Restoration Patch, just extract to an empty folder and then move the extracted files/folders to the \game sub-folder where you've installed the game. It's the same process for any Ren'py game.
Also, here's a little suggestion that could help: It's worth spending a few minutes to just read back through previous comments for a page or two because sometimes you'll find your question has already been asked and answered. Somebody else actually asked where to put the files from the Incest Patch just two pages back and got two replies telling them where to place the files. Alternatively you could just use the Search at the top of every page, type your word(s) into the box and leave the dropdown on "This thread" and let the site check for the entire thread for you.

Well first of all folks would have to know that there's something on LewdPatcher to download now wouldn't they? If all you know is that there's a patch for the game and you don't see any mention of that patch in the OP, then just how are you supposed to know to go look on LewdPatcher?
Secondly, did you stop to think that maybe, just maybe, some folks might actually prefer to use the Walkthrough Mod instead of the in-game walkthrough?
Freedom of choice and all that. Third and final, it's not clever or smart to just straight up insult folks simply because you're annoyed or whatever at the number of times the same question(s) are being asked. It's a forum, generally folks are lazy on forums and will simply post to ask their question(s) without thinking to look back through previous comments. If it really bothers you so much then just use the Report button in the lower left of a post and let the site staff deal with it.

Heard nothing but bad things about it such as in the "approved file hosts" thread I think someone said it was hijacked, as well as some people here experiencing sketchy downloads from it. Also slow speeds an sketchy look.
im just going to say the 2 i usually default to for downloading are nopy and mega as the most reliable and scans dont have virus's. the few times they do its a false positive. tho mega does need a subscription for dl more than 1 gb

I haven't needed a sub to download anything over 1 GB hell I even download up to 4GB without problems usually. At around 4 GB or higher it says you need a sub or the desktop app for me but I can fix that with reloading sometimes or waiting till later.
It's fast and I have yet to get a anything that set off defender or malwarebtes, I scan everything I download as well with both.
I understand that. Still, I don't like that approach - it ruins slow corruption theme for me. I like "blue-balling", so to speak ) Moreover - it's much more exciting for me than any actual sex. For example, among porn I watch only fetishistic ones (voyeur, teasing etc.) and always skip sex scenes there - if there is any.
Clearly you didn't play many games here OR missed the best ones so far. There are lot of better games - except those I mentioned earlier - I would name Kindread The Redburns, Dark Neighborhood and Estate: Dominate. It's good game though - just not superb. It's writing and characters are just too simple - it lacks sophistication and depth. Probably on par with Insexual Awakening - solid 7 out of 10.
P.S.: probably this game is somewhat overrated only because of two reasons
1) father-daughter incest - which is extremely rare
2) ALL three daughters (not only Ruby) looks underage. Which is rare for this site for obvious reasons.
However, if you are familiar with enough share of loli content - this isn't going to impress you so much.

You probably didn't spend a lot of time in this website if you think it's "extremely rare". You have a rather large range of games including very popular ones (Radiant, DMD, etc...) that are based on this theme. Even if it's not as popular as brother-sister incest I admit.
Regarding the age, it's hard to say since the design isn't realistic, but clearly the eldest daughter looks totally like an adult. But well, I suspect Ruby and Margo to be more popular anyway.
As for your comparison with other games, I don't see the point if they aren't of the same genre. I played Kindread The Redburns and I didn't even find it that good. Estate Dominate is super good though, but as I said it's not the same type of game, there is no point in comparing them. And as opposed to what you think it's still possible to prefer Corruption Time, depending on what the player enjoy personally.

honestly were having a... discussion of subjective fetishes. now i quite agree with fabien and some of the others that this is a good game. if you dont care for it, cool. you like it, or some parts and not others, okay enjoy discussing the parts you like.
i personally like what filthysloth is doing.
its also a bit of a twist to the 'normal' corruption routes. take a different one i like, lab rats 2. you dont -need- to make the various serums to corrupt them, just flirt and grope them until you can have sex then each time they get more and more corrupt. now certain serums will make this process faster, others will make them like different positions, or change their shape, enlarge or shrink their assets, ect. but the point being that, even with corrupting serums it can take a long time to fully corrupt them. most games do.
in this game first its a day by day thing, the primary actions (so far) are scripted. take day 5. right before talking to Mary you have the scene where Ruby and Margo are paying mine.. er finecraft. this (and all other scenes) are always going to happen. you always will have the option of building a large... object in her town or blowing the place up. there will be 1 detail that will be different depending on what stats margo has (appears corruption and playfulness change which of 3 scenes you see) you will then always have the mc talk to Mary. then you will always have Mor do her choking on a sausage thing (dinner you... nvm im one too). yes there are other games where the mc is being influenced. yes there are some... really fast corruption games. some really grindy corruption (or anything else) games as well. play what you like. enjoy what you like. if its not for you well move on theres literally thousands of games on this site
About DMD - of course I played it. But it was so long time ago that I completely forgot about it, tbh )) Ok, there are quite a few games with fathers - but comparing to brothers - it's just a drop in ocean. Especially with more or less realistically drawn daughters age-wise (I can't perceive character looking like your typical pornactress with bubble butt etc. - as daugher, sorry - and majority of such games are like that).
Agree. So there is zero point in arguing further. I just stated my view of this game - that's all. Maybe dev will try to do something about my complains (most likely - no), maybe not. So be it.

I guess I'll avoid that in the future then.
Mega is an issue for me because it downloads to RAM first and large files freeze my computer. That and they ask to install cookies. Rarely, I've encountered slow speeds on Mega because they run low on excess bandwidth and throttle free users.

I was playing around with the options, I'm really glad the dev added this built in walkthrough and showing requirements to see variations in scenes, great feature, but I found this bug/mistake
as you can see, I have more than 2 corruption, even them I get directed to route 2 instead of route 1 in the second pool event, with Margo and Katherine
I don't know if it's a bug, or maybe corruption is the wrong stat the scene is measuring, maybe it's horny or another, didn't test
great game btw, love the writing, the art is great as well, Margo is ridiculously cute, morrigan is hot as fuck, Kiko is one of my favorite models, and seeing those choices offering those little scene variations is a pretty cool mechanic, the dev doesn't have to make a completely different branch because of a set of choices, and it's cool to see the different outcomes without looking like a kinect novel
