You can indeed 'fail' in the sense that you get a one word sentence that she's waking up and Henry immediately goes back to his bed and the scene ends. The odds for failure felt strange to me as well though, I think if you succeed at an action once it can never fail again, but I'm not sure.

I've gotten drunk with 70 dick desire and mouth desire multiple times and nothing happens. It just pops up the debug thing for me to end the interaction because it freezes there. Do you have any advice for me, or why this happens? I'd like to unlock the scenes at the least just to complete the achievement. As well as handjob as I haven't gotten handjob yet either.

I think this game has great potential, and I'm extremely interested to see what happens going forward. I love the little tidbits, whenever she gets groped/molested while going around the tables. Honestly, though, some sex of some sort, whether consensual (preferably non-con) would be great, as reaching up to 3.0 in with no sex scenes is a bit of a tease. Teasing is nice, and such but too much teasing will turn people away, ya know? I mentioned this about another game that is also in the 3.0 stage (the game being Final Originity). There's so much teasing, and the woman is sexy and makes you want more but after grinding so much and finally getting to the end of the update the only sex scenes you see are disappointing. In this one, it's a WIP scene with the son which is... honestly pretty bad not gonna lie, and everything else just goes up to fingering and a hard to obtained blowjob scene. Having some sort of penetration, or a better drunk defeat scene (possibly a gangbang) would improve this game so much sooner. (Final Originity only has 1 sex scene so far too, and it's with other characters that are not the MC and it's pretty disappointing). I hope this is taken into consideration.
Otherwise, though this game is amazing! Great concept, sexy MC, and awesome gameplay! Just needs more juicy scenes that aren't majority teasing.

Yea, its low effort because, and I feel I need to re-iterate this, you are not on a website / forum / thread for medieval history debates. I did actually look at more then 'one reddit guy', and I do enjoy medieval history in other contexts. But I save those more in-depth discussions and debates for those forums that are dedicated to that, instead of filling up the page of a game developer just making a fun little game for us to enjoy. If you want a 'spirited debate' where I'm citing my sources and going into in-depth discussions on the subject and pulling out medieval manuscripts (that were not as clear-cut as you seem to think they are, especially with multiple countries out there, and me having been born and raised in one of those countries and in that history), I'm sure we'll run into each other in one of Those forums. For the purpose of This forum I think there is both enough interest and wiggle-room in historical interpretations that this game is just fine as-is. And, within the scope of this forum / thread's actual topic, if you are just trying to get pubic-hair on the characters, you can just say 'I would like this option' and maybe kick back some money to the dev in patreon to encourage that option.

According to this site's definition of Netorare:
The MC does not need to be in a relationship with the character for it to constitute Netorare, they only need to be a romantic interest(LI), which they are according to what I have read(haven't played yet). Idk why ntr tag was removed from this when it definitely has ntr content and will surely have even more in the future.
I see no reason to bait the anti-ntr people to shit up this thread for the game being mistagged, and that's coming from somebody who likes ntr.
one cant add the incest patch the game because added files is locked from us so what is the point remove it and the game plz i already think its crap and i havent even played it yet if i have to do this much work just to change some fucking text in the game that should have never been the way it is in it to begin with why would i bother
What happened to me is I had to get her drunk, then the debug window popped up.
The choice buttons were greyed out (looked inactive) but still worked, hitting the endure button got the action moving.
Excuse my ignorance where the saves folder is located or does one have to create it
