I believe that reads: Romaji Input.
Just downloaded it. Let me check and see what if it does what I think it does.

Edit: Yeah it lets you choose between different romanization "styles" for certain kana. Not sure if it changes anything since the games been translated into English now.

yeah, didn't know what to do with it so I just left it since nothing really changes anymore.

I don't think that 95% save file that is attached works.
This save system seems to use the global.rpgsave which has a reference to your savefile. Can you share that too?
Also perhaps the config.rpgsave file

it already has the saves and file included just leave it as is since this game does not keep its save in the "www" folder. If you download the save from here make a save 5 in the game first and then overwrite it with that one

Press X, go to the untranslated part and go to the event requirements, it might be something to do with excitement not being high enough at the venue.

Worked it out! Right-mouse button will hide the dialogue box.

Yea. Large chunks of it are pure gibberish. Not to mention the weird non-translations (a la "just according to keikaku.").
