Like idk European time zones so maybe France is in the UK timezone, if so then Cosy is one fuck of a master of misdirection.

The outcome of the raffle is obvious. When they go to pull a ticket it will turn out that a saboteur secretly replaced all the raffle tickets with a small but powerful bomb. It explodes, everyone dies. Roll credits.
It's interesting, because we know of a few people who definitely have a ticket, but there's still many others who could have a ticket. So in some ways when the winner is announced, we could be surprised but not surprised and not be disappointed by it

The Favour Lottery is an important plot point, so the winner has to be a known character, but so as to not shift the balance of power too much amoung any of the factions it has to go to an outsider.
My guess is that The Baker (wait is he a butcher or baker I can't remember, regardless the guy with the big family) is going to be the winner.
