ok liking this so far hopefully this dev makes at least 4 days of game content per update unlike over devs i hate only getting maybe a hour of new content per update that wait alone grr.

Sorry to disappoint, but this game is upgraded in 2 months interval usually, hard in such a short period of time to make more that 1h or 1h30 of content. The number of days depends on the quantity of events in a set day. So it can be one day because a lot happen or more if needed in the story.

The Dev works a full time job & fits this in around that.
ALL updates are 1 or 2 days in length.
cool just hate when a story gets really good to only get a very small update to continue from were you left off especially if it was a cliff hanger they decide to leave you on.
Thank you for the game, I found out today that my friend died in a car accident on April 15th, she was only 34. So I played your game and it did make me feel better, just the story is so heartwarming. She had a quirky sense of humor and would appreciate that I played a porn game to make me feel better.

I'm sad that you lost your friend but glad that you found some comfort in this great story.
That her quirky sense of humor would have enjoyed you taking comfort in this story speaks to the loss being even greater than you might have expected.

Hey guys, time for another short check in!
Development of 0.9 has been progressing well, and in the two weeks since the last dev log I've completed another 350 renders, bringing the total to around 650 so far. I've also done the lion's share of the animation for the update, with 27 video loops finished. Add in a couple of short scenes that I've yet to animate, and that means this update will be the most animated one yet!
There's an outside shot I could still meet my target of a May 12th release, but looking at it now I think that was a little optimistic, so May 19th is looking more likely. That means you'll get one more dev log on May 12th instead, at which point I should be telling you that the update's almost finished!

Cosy is superior to many other devs in that updates always end at day transition, never at a cliffhanger and there's hardly any filler (possibly excluding a couple of scenes that might be significant much later). Even lewd scenes feel impactful as character development.

cliffhangers aren't a bad thing perse its great for raising anticipation for the next update,i do agree that its unnerving having to wait a few months to find out what happens next though
as for filler content there is some and that to isn't a bad thing ,filler content is balancing act (to little and it feels empty/rushed to much and gets boring ) cosy does this well i agree
as for the lewd scenes feeling more impactful, that is just a testament to the great writing cosy is doing whit his characters
looking most forward to annebelle's because she wasn't planned for so cosy probably didn't have a backstory for her in mind already when he started the project ,i think this will test & challenge cosy his writing a bit ,but im sure he will deliver
anyway it seems the next update isn't that far off even without a cliff hanger i can't wait for it to drop

All depend where the cliffhanger is. IMO a cliffhanger at the end of a chapter is bad. When cliffhangers happen at the end of every chapters the flow of the story is set in stone. So you can resume a chapter by what happen at the beggining and the end as they are the most story relevant parts of the chapter.
I do agree, like the way chapters are served here a bit like arcs of a story. You look for the next update because you want to see what happen next, how the story will grow. Like the way Cosy implemented the swimming pool and maid coffee events introductions. You know good things will come and want to see it, but it's not the only thing I am waiting for and are just side events. I alm also highly anticipating the next meeting with the headmistress as I am sure it'll go deeper into the story of the MC with the founding families. There is Sara and... Too many things I want to know.
