There are 10 main love interests. There are 3 side love interests. The 3 side love interests will play significant parts of the story, and be in the MCs orbit, but will not be collared, wife, living with the MC material. This is according to Cosy, and via public posts here and Discord. If you want to see the list, click the spoiler below:

* 10 Main LI: Akari Akatsuki, Lucy, Vicky, Sarah, Catherine, Hannah, Misaki, Alison, and Rachel
* 3 Side LI: Elizabeth, Annabelle, Charlotte (a childhood friend we haven't met yet)

Ok, hold up. Did something change since the last update? Because last I checked, there are 11 main LI listed in the bios section, with Elizabeth being one of them. Unless something happend behind the scenes, I think it still holds up, doesn't it?

Edit: I downloaded the game again just to make sure, and it still shows Elizabeth in the "Main" tab
