For me it's Misaki by far. I don't hate her in general, and in a finished VN I could even find myself liking her subplot, but every frame the MC spends with her is a frame he's not spending with the rest of the group, and with updates taking an increasingly long time having half a (long) update completely focused on Misaki was just painful.
I've played through multiple times now, usually once per update, and the only content I ever skip through is hers - and I'm not a skipper by nature, I love the journey. I guess I just feel like we really already have a better Misaki at home, in Lucy. You want to play with corruption and public play kinks, you've got her. And we also have a teacher/HM in our pocket too. She just comes across as super redundant, and very uninteresting to be taking up so much screentime in a game that's already overloaded with personality driven LI's.

Yep, pretty much that. I don't dislike her the way I do Rachel, but I don't see that she really brings anything to the story once we get her off the subway. If she weren't competing for development/writing/rendering time with the other girls, I might not mind, but she is, and I'd rather see more of just about anyone else (maybe even Rachel; at least she's kind of interesting).
I can see Elizabeth and, to a lesser extent, Hannah, as uninteresting, but they get a (temporary) pass from me just because we haven't seen much of them yet, and both seem (to me, anyway) to have potential.

Lucy, and to some extent Victoria, have both definitely suffered from being the first girls to be introduced. The initial parts of their stories where handled much more quickly than the other girls, and then they've just kind of been in a holding pattern while the others occupy the spotlight. That will start changing for them in the coming updates, however, especially after the first time skip to the Christmas arc.
My personal least favorite would be Elizabeth as well as I don't care for lots of tattoos on women ( just my personal choice ).

E.g. I would not really consider Rachel, even if she is annoying at the moment. Personally I like Cat a lot, she is hot, but she also is really interesting on an emotional level.
Least favorite LIs for me are probably Sarah and the Teacher. The Teacher mainly because she is a timid girl and IMO we already have Lucy for that. And I dont think she is that exciting currently, even tho she is hot.
And I dont like Sarah that much for her character. The Tsundere got old for me for quite some time, even tho she is cute when she is not in her tsundere-mode. I also dislike that she has problems with her small tits all the time, but mainly because I had a ex-girlfriend who was the same - she basically looked like a model, but was unhappy with her boobs and it got tiresome to tell her for months that they look great and I did not mind that they were small (especially since they still fit her frame... Which is the same for Sarah, big boobs would not look good on her, her body is great).

I agree about the teacher for now, but I don't hate her at all...there just hasn't been any movement really. As for Sarah I get why you are frustrated as I too hate the overly tsundere thing, but I cut her a huge amount of slack for being insecure. She has however many "beautiful" sisters that have teased and taunted her for her petite frame and build her whole life. A few weeks of MC reassuring her isn't going to make that go away at one. I think her progress is pretty realistic and I do like her a lot. Random real-life thing I learned while dating a woman from Australia once; she had small breasts and was insecure about it she even told me that porn in Australia gets banned if girls have small breasts because they consider you the P-word if you like it. Oh, I also dont hate the teacher. In general, I dont hate any LI, just the least favorite. Overall I have positive feelings about all of them.
And yes, story-wise her insecurities will not be resolved with knowing MC for a few days. But I hope they will get better with the timeskip or ideally almost completely disappear (there are signs already that they begin to fade with her becoming more confident).
I like the teacher a lot. To me, her age and the teacher/student dynamic make her very different from Lucy (who I also like), and she's a (relatively) different body type too.

If you mean her actual position as a teacher, it's not like she uses that power dynamic at all, if anything it's reversed and he's the one teaching her. In that sense, Misaki is still similar to Lucy.
Literally the fact that she's his teacher. So she should be in a position of authority over him but even in her classroom it's the opposite.

Well, I actually would put Hannah as the one that I am most excited to see her arc resolved, specially if it lets us fuck over Brian a bit.
Misaki I wasn't interested at first but since then she has grown on me to the point where I want to see her succeed and be more assertive, I think she will be a great ally.
I wouldn't say that there are anyone that I am not interested as all the girls have their own thing, maybe Vicky because her story seems done and perhaps at this point I don't find myself as invested in her as with the other girls.

I agree, Lucy's face is too wierd I don't like her at all personally wise either. Allison, Hannah and Vicky are the best one imo. But it's great to see many like different things in the end. The downside of kinetics however is that you have to play through content with ladies you don't care about.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm eager to see how Hannah's arc goes, too; it's just that she's still too closed-off at this point in the story for me to get a good read on her. I do still like her — she's just got some stiff competition.
I'm also interested in seeing Misaki improve, but her sections just feel very disconnected from everything else going on. Again, I don't dislike the character, and I certainly have liked her more as things have progressed.
Vicky absolutely seems like the easiest one to read so far, and may be the most comfortable one in their situation, but that's likely just her relatively carefree attitude/adaptability on display. I think her arc's far from done; the story just can't balance too many character arcs at once without getting overwhelming.
Victoria is still an instigator though. She moves things along. Hence why she's top tier for me. Lucy is just a background character that the plot happens to while she reacts.

Not liking Lucy's looks is one thing, everyone has their own taste, but I think people are being too harsh when it comes to her personality and behavior.
You have to remember it hasn't been a very long time in world since MC rescued her. She spent her entire life until very recently being abused emotionally and physically. Personally I'm happy with the progress she's showing. She's getting more confident and showing an interest in things she enjoys.

She can be just shy. A lot of people are quite reserved in their day to day interactions. Everybody has a different personality.
