Tbf the entire contest was clearly rigged which is understandable because of the final prize, but I wish it could have been more genuine because there were good costumes like Sarah's maid who would have been my winner.
I agree on making the point, but think about what Chloe's very slow defection would do to Brian and Mika. Vicky had to do it because she wanted something (the job) but if Chloe, out of her own motivations, wanted to try to break away from them, it would shock them both and it would only leave them with each other.
I'd imagine that their behavior goes back much further than that before the MC showed up in town. But between Mika, Catherine, Chloe and Vicky I think Mika was the worst by far.
You make a point. Catherine has never apologized to Lucy or Victoria, well, she did, but it was half-assed with Vicky basically shrugging her off. I think if she did it now, there would be more feeling behind it.

I wonder how would she (Catherine) react, when she learns it was Lucy, who was the only person batting for the MC to even give her any thought? Everybody else (MC included) was firmly in the "Fuck that bitch" camp.
Finally someone else notices the closeups, they are one of my favourtie parts of this game. The writing feels so much more intimate while reading than any other game I have played
I'm not saying she's joining the harem, but she can just be a friend, at least an ally. I think she's starting to realize how much the MC really cares about his girls, and maybe she's realizing how miserable Brian and Mika always are. She could be tired of dealing with it. If Brian is always ranting about the MC, and Chloe's around to hear it, she could be tired of it.I mean, it's not like we have seen much of Chloe, period
We have one scene where she speaks and it's mean girl bs, mostly to Victoria (and, by the way, I wonder what those rumors about her a few months ago were? It's never explored upon). After that is her mostly looking surprised/shocked - not a lot to go on. But Cosy has been pretty pedantic of setting up facial expressions and body language, I think he meant to convey she is thinking about stuff.
That said, I'm pretty sure she ain't joining the harem. There is a list floating around with all the Main LIs (those who will get collars), semi-main LIs (major role, but no collar) and side chicks and I think Chloe is in the third category. Granted, I'm pretty sure Annabelle wasn't in any of them or was in the last group initially, so, Cosy is not above promoting a fan favorite
I like this idea, the small amount that we have seen Chloe and she already has more development than Mika and Brian who we have seen more. I think she should become a friend of the group, maybe she is noticing how much happier Vicky is with the Cafe group. She has stuff to apologize for, but so did Vicky.
As did Catherine, even though she didn't really mean it at the time.
"Who wanted a new friend"? Clearly she is terribly infatuated with the MC and too shy to say it. As shy people do,she is taking the slow, circuitious route that almost never works with non-shy people, and wants to be his friend first.
when they were discussing it the MC said he wanted to include Misaki, Allison and all the girls present in the cafe at the time of the discussion. This would be the three first women, Sarah, Hannah and I believe Catherine was present too. There are 12 mains so I could see Cozy going to 12 for the harem or maybe Akari and Rachel are there as extras to allow for various scenarios to put the MC into.Tbf, she just said "10" , not that 10 is the limit, it could pretty much be ten more without counting the 3 gf he had at the time
Yeah I think the first 10 girls on the MAIN page will be in the Harem; Elizabeth and Annabelle won't be included in that. The 13th girl, Charlotte, I guess is the wild-card for now whenever she shows up.
Cozy said in his Discord that Charlotte was cut in favor of Annabelle though I know there was a poll to include them both. I guess we will see. Would love to see Annabelle and Elizabeth as part of the full harem but Annabelle specifically may end up as a friends with benefits LI.
