Huh ... when I chose "doesn't matter" I got Amanda. ... I wonder if that's randomized (although if it is, it happens before the choice, 'cause I reloaded 3 times and always got Amanda)

I had to reopen the archived copy and double-check the script/code again. You're right, I misremembered. Choosing "Girl" or "Doesn't matter" gets you a daughter, while choosing "Boy" gets you a son. (I've corrected my previous post with this.)

The MC in this one is fairly solid. For me the story & especially the ending was the problem. Neither lived up to the level of A Knights Tale which was a disappointment considering how Couples started.
God im about 1/6th into this and its so utterly dull. Theyre having breakfast, dinner, and going on little outtings but we dont really get to know any of the characters and there is just 0 drama. Noone has a tingle for someone else, noones accidently seen anyone naked in the shower or something, I hope it picks up a bit because this is a very bland two pieces of whitebread with some cheese sandwhich so far.
