This ain't it chief. Really wanted to like this because MIST was awesome, and this devs work ethic is awesome, but so far it's just been disappointing. The choices you'd logically pick given the situations you find yourself in, literally end the game, and I don't feel immersed in the world since all the NPCs are blobs. The grinding in order to go on dates mechanic feels like a playtime extender and doesn't really add much to the experience. I should, in fairness, concede that you can skip the minigame for a single point towards the dating score, but since it's less points, it defeats the purpose and makes it take even longer. The MC is seriously disappointing in personality and (lack of) agency, and not easy to self-insert into given the backwards choices I'm forced to make.
I think the main disconnect here, for me, is that despite the planned tags, this game seems to lean a very specific way when it comes to the MC and the girls. Femdom is one thing, but when it's degrading, it's a turnoff for me personally. A damn shame, because if there's any dev that deserves support, it's this one. Out of respect for the devs work ethic, because I know he tries, and how early it is in the game, I won't rate it just yet. It deserves a few more chances to see if things improve.
