I agree, this is concerning as it has happened in some other games, that in a couple months of inactivity from the dev later the game getting marked as abandoned

Hope this is not the case

Man... I can't believe it. Another good game abandoned, there has been no activity from them since September, if this keeps going this game would be marked as abandoned... I just hope the dev is doing great wherever they are and wish them the best in whatever they are doing...

Hi all, sorry for the lack of news, communication has never been my strong suit. Some parts of the next update for CFC are already done, but there's still more to do. I'm not going to give a date yet, we all know how that went in the past . It's been busy in other areas of my life but I'm doing good. Thanks for your concern.

Being marked by mods as abandoned is far less grave issue than to be abandoned. Something tells me we'll get both, as for almost any project I took liking in.

DingoDonger is inactive, and whatever progress he posted doesn't look like it's for CFC but a different game instead. I recall he tried to branch out with Tatsumaki from One Punch Man and creating a parody game using Koikatsu. This time around, it's an elf game.
