If dev comes back... Might wanna make it more obvious how to change to bikini.

I gather that if u lose to goblin, and find yer way out, that's it, as elf just takes the bikini back after you wash near home.

It's abandoned. RIP DingoDonger1.
A shame because I really liked the humor, and a year later, I still haven't found a replacement that hits the spot as CFC did. It broke the fourth wall, the jokes landed well, the FMC wasn't insufferable or a completely clueless virgin... There's so much potential that we'll never see again.
I still blame the puzzles for the downfall. This could've been a great VN made with Ren'Py, or perhaps kept the RPGM sandbox-style gameplay without the puzzles and extra hoops and barriers. It feels like a lot of effort and time was wasted behind creating those puzzles rather than content, so the focus shifts away from the H-scenes, and the burnout was inevitable as it chips away at your creativity, and there's only so many new puzzles or ideas you can come up with every update.
Apologies for dying. Sadly, being no longer around, I think it's also time to say that there won't be another update for Cozy Fantasy: Corruption. From my shallow grave I'll be forever grateful to everyone who tried it, and forever glad if you found some enjoyment from it. CFC taught me a lot, and even though it won't see completion, it was never wasted effort.
I haven't quit developing completely... I've slowly been working on another game, on a smaller scale, in a different engine (ren'py), and honestly it feels more sustainable for me to actually finish. I know saying 'sorry this is dead, but here's the next thing' probably stings and I get it. But I'd rather be honest than keep false hope alive.
If you enjoyed anything about CFC, I hope you'll give the new project a chance when it's ready. And if not no hard feelings. Thanks for being part of this journey.

CFC is THE GAME that put you on the roadmap, and you're tersely abandoning it? It just hurts, I guess.
As I suggested previously, you can discontinue the RPGM and rework CFC with Ren'Py, as I think this game would work perfectly as a visual novel... unless you really don't care about this game and the characters anymore. The renders are already there, the dialogue too... It's just the process of making it into a VN, and a lot of older RPGM titles get Ren'Py remakes because it's much simpler, faster, and easier.
Unless you've mentally checked out and moved on from CFC, there's nothing more I can do or say that will convince you otherwise.
Not finishing this game would be like GRRM not finishing a song of ice and fire.... wait.
Blame the fame and riches going to my head.... wait.
If it's any consolation, I do plan to return to this world and its characters (after current project), but I'm leaning more towards a serialized visual novel than RPG Maker. It won't be a real remake but atleast similar I guess.

I myself prefer playing RPGM games over ren'py. Even though ren'py allows better artwork, it feels much like browsing a picture book. And one that we can't page back into, for that matter.

yeah me too, rpg maker feels more alive, esp when you put some effort in it. renpy is fine but i think the effort it takes to makle a renpy game feel alive is much higher than in rpg maker. at least it seems like that as a consumer, im no dev myself ^^
