With the small monster x girl, it gives scenarios to have multiple small monster x girl, which is one of the draws to be hones.t
Sometimes it's even multiple small monster + big monster x girl.
More wild shit and less normy shit, I say. This is close to basically being overrun by tentacles which is another popular fetish in this genre.
