Nah realm invader is deffinitly not abandoned if thats what your asking. The dev took a break to help berkili with Companion of darkness but stated that would be the last time they do that so.

So what do you say should i play it now or after the next update (to tell you the truth im a little sad about the ending of cross realms i can wait for the update the suspense is killing me )

If you have never played id say give it a go worst case it wont be your favorite or you wont enjoy it. Best case you enjoy it.

It's not a downside, great thing takes time and it's just 7 months There are a lot of AVN's that take more than one year and yet they fail to deliver the update-- The dev's doing his best!


DuskDuck is really talented, Just imagine if he became a full time AVN developer , he can gave competition to biggies

So bro your theory is that after mc falls in the next chapter mc will revive fast (like in eternum 7.5v last (boy i was also scared after that end but im somewhat releved now) and the time skip will be after the revival❓ (in the sneek peek yua didnt had the necklace i wonder what the dev mean by that did you notice that)

Making it to the top 5 is a great result although out of the whole list I'm following 6 games and I'm most offended by Realm Invader

Had to think about your message tbh to get what you meant (tired brain ftw) WIth that one, i think his numbers are low cause of his break or the fact he takes breaks and does commissions from what i read from time to time. Im sure once things settle his numbers will go up (at least one can hope lol)

Damn your chart is pretty good ngl. Only thing id say is for your chart is with a few theres good reasons why they have lower numbers. For example, my bully is my lover, and sicae as an example. Its the same dev and he switches back and forth if i recall (from what iv seen and read thats my take anyways. In the case of Realm invader, he took a brak to help out another dev so (not sure if that factored into it but yea lol). Other than that great graph etc.

Edit: Forgot its also cool to see those statistics tbh. I might have to check out some of those games on that list i havent touched yet see if they are my cup of tea lol.

These statistics are based on the total renders per update divided by days taken till first release, it includes everything like MBIML is counted based on it's last update and Sicae got a little bit slowed coz of the drive problem that Ni faced few weeks ago and talking about Realm Invader Gary has been slow in previous months coz of the commission tasks and burnouts! It's been more than 15 months now since the last update! He's having problems with fewer payouts from his Patreons and supporters, but he has already confirmed the new episode to be released within two months ( late July ), and you should check other games too, they're great and if you're a fan of Honey Select games ! Then you should check this list too

I don't think that DuskDuck will be killing any more Li's from now on coz the role of Sword Goddess was really important in the fight, and without killing her vessel ( Layla ) it wouldn't have been possible to know her personally and obviously SG will play an important role, maybe the Li?

Ending cliffhanger of Cross Realm was sad and great at the same time, it's the only second game after Eternum which forced me to think about the continuation but talking about Realm Invader the game's really good, with lots of humours, comedies, funny moments, good musics, great animations and visuals etc but it's cliffhanger will not make you sad -- there's a cinematic animation ending at the last with a banger music ( you'll enjoy it a lot ) I myself repeated the cliffhanger many times coz the music and cinematography was really great! You can try the game now coz the next update is on the horizon ( just 8 weeks from now )

I liked this update, what one would expect from a cultivation type of story.

My only to concern at first was: the 10 years time skip, mostly because two of the LI weren't precisely in a good spot (Red head chased by Her family and our Daemon princess was badly hurt and lost Her servant/ally/battery). But then i remembered that the type of story style the dev. is using, so we can only cross fingers to see how He's gonna handle the story.

Also i want to share this abridged explanation that i read show about how this type of things sometimes go

DuskDuck has already confirmed that the story will continue right after chapter 3. not 10 years later and the scene of adult Yua ( the time skip ) is just a sneak peak which can't be trusted totally at least BLINDLY!

I mean, having a time skip wouldn't have been that crazy. The mc needs to improve and that would be a way to explain if the dev decides to "skip" some cultivation levels or the mc recovering from what happened in ch3 (and maybe add a flashback resume of some parts of the training or something)

And well, since in this kind of stories (martial cultivation) the characters have a extended lifetime, there are a lot of times where the mcs spend long periods of time (years) training away from the heroines (sometimes even with them thinking the protagonist is dead). For what we can see in the sneak-peek that Yua still thinks about the mc and stays focused on her training, so that 10-year time skip wasn’t that crazy.

Yea lol. I wasnt sure how you made the graph so i was curious ty for giving me details on how it was made :3 But yea.
