Ive been following this game since before it was an rpgm game and while I agree with you in a few places i think you are mistaken in others
As expected from a game that doesnt not have its navigation nor questlines fully implemented, if you are not aware of the order of events its easy to bypass and break a few things

Stylistically I appreciate the text although the frequency of the void would be a nice thing to reduce or eradicate altogether, more CGs would be welcomed but its version still at version 0.2 considering there are 2d and 3d variants, i imagine that's something that will come with time. This did start off as a HTML game
Mc accepts it if you choose to accept it, you can get quite far in this game in its current state without fucking, have you tried not being a massive slut?
Totally agree with you here the combat is both too easy early on and the randomly difficult later for simple rpgm battles, that being said there is an interesting framework already there which from looking at various version seem like its intended to be built upon
Paper doll isn't finished not even sure if its still being worked on but aside from that how many rpgm games do change your sprite based on clothing, realistically how drastic do you expect a 48x48 pixel sprite to change to be?
Cringe in the manner you are using it here implies personal inability to accept and/perceive situations you are not familiar with, a person can just as easily 'cringe' at people hugging one another as they could at someone running into mcdonalds, jumping up on the counter and screaming "im pickle rick"; to cringe is a physical reaction. That being said I believe the writing to be rather consistent even in the parts were it drifts to light hearted and seemingly out of context or 4th wall pushing. Not the greatest script to ever hit gaming but nowhere close to bad.
I dont think 'fix' is the right word to use considering the game is still in what one can fairly assume is early development and as it stands the game game seems on track for what is pitched, its called 'crossdressing in camelot' not 'MtF in camelot'.
As for corruption that stat has always been kind of vague its either high or low with no real reason for it to be in between and I believe its not supposed to really apply to your character while they are in the town due to adventurer wards or something
I cant quite remember off the top of my head

Since my review was posted and is apparently controversial, I want to add a few things.
This review is only my personal opinion. If you disagree, go ahead. Judging by looking at the other reviews it seems my opinion is apparently not what most people think.
I gave this game more than a few tries. Tried it over a year ago. Nothing changed or improved the game in my opinion.
The developer just adds more length and content instead of polishing what he already has. I also noticed the same bugs present. Apparently these do not matter.
In my opinion this kind of game does not even belong into the RPGM engine. Especially since the developer likes to write long scenes and does not care about the rest of the game features. Might as well drop the RPGM engine.
A typical corruption game tries to at least change the character slowly. It also shows the MC's thoughts and make him/her at least a little bit believable.
This MC on the other hand is as you said an empty shell. He does exactly what the player wants him to, which does not make any sense.
Imagine being a boy, never crossdressing before and then after 3 minutes of playing giving the player the option to choose to get gangbanged by like 17 elfes (mostly male apparently). I know realism is not what is wanted but this treatment would result into a bloody brown mess of a assh*** and a permanently crippled MC. Especially since the mc does not even react or shows his emotions, during or after the scene. It's like the mc is playing a game himself and just goes along with whatever. He does not care about anything.
On the other hand during the next event you can act like you are just a regular male. Also nearly all events are repeatable. There is no character development. It does not matter if you skip nearly all the content. The journey does not change the MC. You could scrap the entire game and just use a scene selection and then let you choose all different scenes.
This fact alone ruins the plot of the game for me (which is the major selling point of the game).
It also doesn't matter what the MC is wearing. The clothing system is worthless if it's just a bunch of names. Why change the color? Nobody realizes these changes in the game.
What remains are different sex scenes with a lot of characters, who for the most part are also bland and I as a player absolutely don't care about. Also if the game escalates after 5 minutes with the most hardcore scenes imaginable, I don't see how you can fill the rest of the game with exciting and fresh content. There is a good reason why every medium (books, films, comics, games) starts slow and then slowly ramps up the content until the end of the game.
This is just a clusterf*** of a mess of a game. I have never seen a more chaotic and unstructured game.
You could change the dungeon order however you like and new players would see nothing wrong with it.
At least for me It is just not the type of game I like. I enjoy games like Secretary, Perverted Education and so on. I love text heavy games. The text does not really bother me but everyting else that is or is not present in this game.
But reading scenes in this engine, on a tiny screen, without any real story is just not my thing.
Worst of all: You could easily make a cohesive story out of all this, implemente decent progression systems and substitute the art with temporary fitting art / CG's. But instead you just continue to add more of the same random content without trying to improve the basic gameplay first.
There is a bit of potential here. Some of the art is really beautiful.
The developer even realized many boring things about the game and added teleport circles everywhere to hide his empty shallow world and speed up the boring gameplay (which he knows nobody cares about in it's present form) to let the players zoom right into the boring, tiny dungeons that are filled with random sex scenes.
Anyway I hope the game improves and I am happy that my opinion is not the common one.
I hope in a few years I can replay this and delete this review. It could be possible. I just don't think it will.
