It would be nice if the mc was the brother of the girl, at least we would've got an incest out of this game.

There's a problem, this game and Slutty Corp share the save folder; if you have both installed you can see the other game's savegames on the load/save screen.

Hopefully the dev takes in the feedback from this thread and has improved their skills by making this.
Lily was cute so I wouldn't mind seeing more from this dev after a few months brushing up on Ren'py versions, picture quality, scene transitions and package compression.

MEF isn't abandoned. That's a F95-internal designation that means "a long time between updates on F95".
The dev works on two games, Uncontrollable Lust being the other. He does a big update or two for the first game, then shifts to doing updates for the second.
I believe he's working on Uncontrollable Lust now.

The dialogue in this game needs a total overhaul.
