Atelier Sakura games that reach the relevant audience reading this western forum where we can reasonably assume a large quantity of people are incapable of speaking japanese, and are translated to english, are almost always netorase.

Thought this was implied and not sure why we need to be pedantic about porn translations, but to each their own.

If by "relevant audience" you mean those who like NTR, then I'm not sure I can agree with you - for example on anime-sharing most guys in the netorare discussion thread actually play games in Japanese. Most of them don't speak Japanese, but nowadays you can easily use translation tools and google and DeepL actually provide a decent enough translation to understand most of it. Definitely a better way to read Japanese games than the forcefully inserted machine-translation you can find here on f95 because you can at least check multiple sources and, if you have just some basic understanding of Japanese from anime, you can realize when the translation is way off.
