Unlock Chloe's Humilation trait during Truth or Dare and afterwards talk to Susan about it.

To unlock Chloe's Humilation Trait and "Chloe's Training" :
- Dare Chloe : 2. Undress (up to 3 times until she is naked.)
- Dare Chloe : 6. Pretend to be a dog (scroll down)
- Truth Chloe : 4. Humilation.

Just repeat this event (2nd letter, Rachel's room) a few times after finishing the 3rd letter and stars 3 and 5 should unlock automatically. (Talk to Emily for repeating.)
In case it is random, save before the event and if the stars do not unlock, reload and repeat.
In case it is based on an event counter (or counter + random), just repeat it 2-3 times.

You already did the event. Now you only need to talk to emily at anytime when she's alone. Ask her if she remembers when she gave you the envelope and select the 2nd option. At 9:00 am in rachel's room you can repeat the scene. Do it until you unlock the stars.
