Well, actually, there is the most recent Episode 1 of Chapter 3 (The Ordeal) to be downloaded via Keep2share, fileboom and florenfile - versions: PC, PC compressed, Mac, Android. It's the real thing and working fine (at least the compressed PC version).

I'm not the one you quoted, but I don't like her model at all. Both on her own and because she doesn't fit well with the others quality-wise. The younger sister could use a bit of a redesign as well in my opinion.
So yeah, her story arc is somewhat interesting but I don't really get much out of fucking or spanking her.

Never had any issues with the tracker except for when I continued from an older save with some quests started but not finished, which the dev specifically warned about at the time.
No idea what's wrong in your case, but the walkthrough link in the OP includes saves up to 0.10, so you could just find the one closest to your current progress and start with a clean savegame.
