This is late but decided to make save file to the Goblinman & Geno mod currently for v6.6. Each folder is for the indivdual modded content with the save right before each event. I tried to get all the content I could based on the Scene Guide. Figured this might help since the gallery is still being developed.
- Master Save: A base save file which had all the content explored and can be use to continue on with other routes.
- Bus: Has two save files with the bus gropping event.
- Convience Store: Has a save to the worker BJ behind the convience store counter.
- Exhibition: The first save starts before entering the deliquient class to start the quest. The second save has all 7 porn mags collected which you can use before you turn them in to the diry man. The third save is with the new slutty teacher outfit on and before the second delinquent gangbang scene.
- Grampa: The first half of the saves are all the Ikuko (Mom) scenes. The second half is all the Rinko scences. The last three saves being the individual telephone scence varients.
- Memory: The save is for the memory flashback for Rinko at her old school with her student.
- Neighbor: The saves are for all the Neighbor contents.
- Police: The first save is right before Rinko joins the police with the nessicary woman magazine already in her inventory and ready to
be read to continue. The second save is before she changes into her new costume. The third save is for the first scene with the warden. The fourth save is for her second day and scene with the warden.
- QOS: the first save is set at her computer where is you click on the porn option, should get the porn video with the Japanese woman and foreigner to start this quest. The second save should be with set before the first scene with the foreigner rubbing her with sunscreen. The third is saved before encountering the playboys and the second foreigner scene.
- Squad: the first saves is the regular Squad event content with additional modded dialogue if your interested. The second half of the saves should be all the new modded content and ending.
- Swimming: The saves are all the swimming team pool and shower events in order from beginning to end.
(This does not cover the Syndicate path, which is only accessible if you have the patron code for that quest. If you also wish to see the additional artwork, you need to go to the goblin in alleyway behind the convience store and imput the Patreon code)
I don't know how compatible these saves will be for future content but my hope is you can uses these save to re view the events and continue on if new content gets added.
If I missed any, let me know and I can try to update the saves. To access the saves, you need to copy and paste all the files, including the common, config, and globle RPGsaave fildes, from the folders into your save. Best to save your old save files first, then delete before pasteing the new ones.
Reuploaded the save files to be better orgainzed and added a text files listing all the scenes that the saves corespond to .

Hey sorry for the late reply. I hadn't 100% everything in the mod and I couldn't really just give you a save, since there is no gallery for the mod.
Instead I tried making individual saves with each of the different content that was currently made so far. All the saves should be set right before a particular event. I made a post that tried explaining all of it.
If your still intrested, here it is but if you no longer need it thats cool.
FYI, it doesn't cover the syndicate path since that's locked only for patreon members with a code

After I made post with scenaros for the school, I was thinking other plots for other things. One of them was the hospital which I always felt was lacking despite being very detailed. Seeing your post again and your custom nurse outfit made me want to jot my ideas down.
So this is me coming up with a story scenarios in game and what could come about it.
Plot: After Rinko hears about the hospital having a nurse shortage due to all the female nurses leaving on maternity leave or quitting for some reason (the director Butahana is sexually harassing them), Rinko feels compelled to volunteer as a nurse. She is trained by the head nurse who tells her the basics of tending to the patients and that it is important to take care of the patients needs for their mental and physical wellbeing. The biggest cause of ailment is built up stress so doing whatever to relieving it (Rinko will internalize this as allowing them to fulfill their sexual desire)
- General plot points:
- Rinko begins being assigned to different patients to tend to on the 5 floor.
- The old man begins slapping Rinko’s ass when she walks over or bends down in his room.
- One of the patients tells Rinko that he has been so backed up in the hospital and really needs her to relieve him. Rinko gives him a BJ and eventually a titty fuck.

- Rinko begins working with the other Male doctor at the Hospital which all the other nurses have an attraction to. After helping tend to other patients and seeing how gentle and caring he is, Rinko also begins having feelings for him. They may be having a relationship together or be the product of NTR by Director Butahana by wanting to make Rinko his bitch.
