buy beer at the convience store.
the homeless leader can only be found after obtaining all three tailsmens and gaining the sorcery scrolls from the library.
Once that's done, you can talk to the homeless man outside the underpass and he will take you to the homeless leader.

Decided to just do a full update to the liberation path save files. Everything should be in order of events as presented in game. Let me know if these work for you.
Save 1: Start of the first day of the month
Save 2: first saturday of the Miko dance training
Save 3: second saturday of the Miko dance training
Save 4: third saturday of the Miko dance training
Save 5: fourth saturday of the Miko dance training
Save 6: day before the Tai Miko Festival event
Save 7: first part of the Tai Miko Festival Ending
Save 8: second part of the Tai Miko Festival Ending and beginning of the Liberation True Ending Path
Save 9: beginning of the Liberation path after cutscene in abandon factory
Save 10: before entering Kagenui Pond to retrieve Exorcism Talisman Zansei
Save 11: before being chased by ghost at Kagenui Pond
Save 12: Outside priest house before breaking in
Save 13: Inside priest house after breaking in
Save 14: Outside special archive room in library
Save 15: Before asking Otaku to make codebreaker for special archive room
Save 16: After Otaku is finished making codebreaker for special archive room
Save 17: Inside special archive room after breaking in.
Save 18: retrieving sorcery books just after leaving special archives room
Save 19: in front of homeless man needed to talk to the homeless group leader

The former you can interact with later on the True Ending path.
The Later is found after reading the book about the secret clan in the library and going to the gachi brothel in downtown. She is found in the top right corner outside.

i got an idea of a mod but i dont know how to program the plataform of the game where occurs, the mod is about neiborhood who kidnap the protagonist broke something in her apartment(whitout her know) and solve it but he make a secret path from him apartment for she apartment, there gonna happen so much events
does this dev have any other games? Because, let's face it, this is one of the greatest games here.
