It's been changed to warped common sense, which can be unlocked by renting a dvd three times from the DVD store downtown. You have to watch it on the TV in your apartment not the computer.

No you have to collect magazines for that one from the convenience store and the Mountain Squad quest line. Give them to a guy downtown in the alley

" - search the clear trash-bag at the top left of the room.
- lockpick the door and sneak outside
- do NOT step on any trash on the floor, as this will make a noise and cause the delinquents to instantly spot you
- navigate the clean floor to get all items in this building (your belongings from a trash bag + arcade coins)
- once you have both, distract one of the delinquents by throwing a coin his way. Run past him while he is distracted.
- leave the building and the area. "

Teach in the morning, prepare to lesson after, unlock teaching shota at evening and tech him as well.

You can also collect trash on the map to get points

go to the kiyomizu mountain, gain access to the the kids hideout, and catch some fish in the river, swim down to the river and find an altar where you can offer the fish. After offering a certain amount you'll gain an item, carrying over from a cycle to the others and allowing you to keep your score. that way you'll get the gymnasium key easily on your next run, same for unlocking the super taxi pass at the end of the month.
use the aformentioned method to gain points from teaching, you can also pickup trash to gain score.
