For those who are going to play the game from scratch for the first time, do you recommend it with or without AI?

The AI one has slightly better looking characters but not by much, you are good either way. I do the AI one, it looks a bit better for my taste.
Just finished Ep 5 end of content, reaching the "To Be Continued" screen...
Overall, I enjoyed the game thus far.
It doesn't waste a lot of time progressing the story, building and paying off a few elements...
The sound design is solid, keep it coming.... and cumming...
The animations are smooth and very welcome, especially the still environmental scenes with wind blowing through trees, grass, etc.
Constructive advice:
What's missing?
-- Finishing sex shots. MC has sex with some women. In many instances, "finish" simply cuts from the sex animation / blackscreen to him and the woman sitting or laying side by side. What's missing is showing MC finishing, whether inside or outside. I think there's only 1 shot of him with sperm on his tip, but no shots of him cumming in or on the woman.
Please consider adding this. If you really want to go wild, showing the urethra vein of the penis throbbing beneath during creampies would be very satisfying for some players who prefer internal ejaculations.
-- Inconsistent sex scene controls. The intro to the mechanic of gaining foreplay points and orgasm points is 1 of 3 sex events that have this mechanic enabled. There are 2 other sex events where it's auto-played without any player interaction at all.
-- I counted around 50 typos. Did not log them, but some are very simple fixes, others are plural words thats should be singular.
-- Calling the rescued purple hair woman "petite" or "small" in Chapter 4/5 is confusing. She is neither of those. She is as tall as or taller than the MC. And she has an ass Sir Mix-a-Lot would drool over. Perhaps consider changing that dialogue?
-- The blurred out windows in almost all the internal environments could benefit from an actual view of the outdoors. Not critical, but when characters talk about seeing out those stained glass 60% opaque openings, it's not quite realistic.
In general, I look forward to the conclusion/continuation of this story. Especially if the "harem" possibilities ever become a... possibility. And definitely if the creampie options results in MC becoming a father to more than the already growing fetus in his girlfriend's belly...

Curiosity: if I stand next to the girls, the Millers go after Anna and the father hits her. If I tell them to get out, nothing happens for now.

One thing I still don't understand is the sex scenes, like there's no finishing touches in the foreplay like cum in the mouth, body or face. Just like there's no cum from the girls, anyway, does this part here influence future scenes or is it just for decoration?
I guess you missed the very significant consequence for her in the most recent release when you don't help her.
I think she's going to be a LIS, she doesn't seem to be very important to the main story but there are ramifications if you help her or not.
so I downloaded the fifth episode and for some reason a window opens but it stays white and does not respond.
It didn't happen to me, must be something on your side with the antivirus or something...

Usually there are no problems with renpy games, but as colegue cxx said, could be because of the video driver which doesn't fully support the render in the game.
Do you have some other renpy games that works? That could clarify which way the problem go.
Anyway, try (as for any renpy game) to start the game and right the next moment push <shift>. The game will open with a settings window, where you can change the renderer options.
(Fyi I had a new laptop that give some blinking of each screen of the game. Never having before this kind of problem I was like wtf? the old one was ok. Therefore I learned that renpy it's not always infallible. With 'angle' render was ok, with 'gl' not. But what gives the 'download and play' was updating video drivers not from laptop vendor but the video producer.)
so I have turned off the antivirus I use. I have updated my drivers. this problem still persists. for renpy games I have erotica and bare witness which work find alongside being a dik and those games work fine.
I deleted episode 1, 3, and 5, I redownloaded episode 5 from this site and relaunched it and it is still having the same issue.
Edit: I have the log file I am wondering if I can change the settings for the game from here or if I have to launch it to change it since it mentions using g12 renderer. NVM, above comments mention how to reach settings. thank you all for your patience

Hey everyone,
First I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I hope that you had a good time in this winter Holiday Break and that you got all the sweet presents that you wanted.
As for our next Episode, know that it will come in about 3 days, the ETA is the 11th but if all goes well, might even become available on the 10th. This is a big one, with over 350 new images and animations, solid story development as well as relationship advancements. In this Episode, depending on your past choices, you can access both Kelly's and Bonnie's sex scenes (lots of animations), as well as a short scene with Allison. If you're having trouble getting them, check out the walkthrough as it explains how to access them. The mystery deepens as you hear the cult's side of the story and learn more about them and their shady leader, Jeremiah.
Other improvements/changes :
- Added "Love" stats in the stat window to further track your relationships. This stat will be a must have in order to continue these relationships and side stories.
- Added more animations throughout the game (non-adult).
- Improved Angela's sex scene with better sound effects.
- Added new music tracks.
- Added moving dust particles to some scenes.
