Most plugins are in japanese. The reason you see them in english is because you installed IMGUITranslationLoader from CMI.
There are some plugins that were developed by the western community but those are a minority. Some even have a config file for language selection.
If you want everything in japanese then don't install i18nEx, IMGUITranslationLoader and XUnityAutotranslate. Some mods are in english by default. If you want these to be translated to japanese then you'll have to configure XUnity to translate from eng to jap in BepinEx\config\AutoTranslatorConfig.ini
Edit these lines:

F95 doesn't have a thread for japanese COM and the reason there's so much confusion around here is because people keep asking about both versions in the same thread.
The only thread for japanese version is on ulmf and is much better moderated. But be warned that you'll get insta banned if you don't follow the rules and ask for links. You may point out broken links but you can't ask for replacement. I didn't make the rules.

This should be able to autotranslate IMGUI based plugins ui. No idea if it will work. What I do know is that enabling it will impact game performance.

everything works perfectly without any performance delay thanks I really needed this, now I can read everything in English, thank you very much.... I'm ignorant in these things I didn't know that everything could be translated like this, but obviously without the internet it translates in the same way ?

It basically uses google translate so you need internet. At least for the initial translation. Afterwards it will load translation from cache. I'm not sure where exactly the cache will be stored. Either in XUnity's cache or in IMGUITranslation folder. IMGUI causes huge frame drops when a plugin ui is active.

Hey, thanks for the link! It worked perfectly for me, but its only missing the uncensor, i've read the instructions page and all i saw was the modpack, but it is too much content for me to handle and all i want is the uncensor.
I a uncensor at the beggining of the post from someone but i don't know if it'll work, do you know how i could get the proper uncensor?

Get CMI, you don't need the modpack for uncensor

It's a pain that these games are such an endeavor to set-up. I also don't understand how they can be 100GB in size. I don't know anything about the game, is it not just a maid creator and fucker?

The game is also a visual novel with a ton of DLC being released every Thursday. Tons of voiced dialogue which is the major reason it's such a large size. There's a ton of personality's and they are all voiced with tons and tons of content each.

Either get a slightly older CMI (works fine) or update your version through the KISS website that's been linked multiple times here in this forum
