To be honest I'm not sure if it does include the adult content in the base game, since I got mine from a torrent much earlier so I guess don't take my word for it. But the adult patch is almost bigger then the game with the patch. When I extracted it came out to be 12.8 Gigs and the game with patch is 13.7. I'd just download the base game first and see if it has adult content in it by default, but you'll still need to uncensor it and grab a skin from somewhere as well as the base uncensor is garbage.

Ok ive been a bit confused by all of this. I was able to buy the base game on steam, but due to payment issues with my cards i cant get the r18 patch off of their site. What do I have to install to get the patch on the game?

Two ways,
1. type it in the address bar instead
2. open up your preferred torrenting software, click file, click add from url, and you're done.

Just an answer or a clue will do, 'cause it really is starting to make me mad..

I've never seen that before so do so at your own risk but I believe so, the torrent I used worked for me without any viruses.

Are you starting the right executable for your system and how big is your game, the game with patch should be 13.7 GB
