They've had a number of blunders just releasing the game that will sink them. Anyone that's been following it should be able to list them off easily. They needed 3 things -
1. the R18 patch being free and easy to download
2. the translation being good (this is killing them since they came right after Koikatsu's god-tier translation)
3. DRM of some kind to make it harder for people to port the translation over to the Japanese version (and porting the DLC/mods from the Japanese version to the English one). I don't normally condone DRM, but the whole porn game scene is nothing but pirate ships. And they're main competition is pirated copies of their own (jap) game that are 30x better than what they're offering the west, even with machine translations. Not that I care, since they're charging $10 for a shirt and skirt. They should have seen it coming, though.

The Steam version (which is what is in the MEGA link in the OP) does not contain the "Yotogi" (sex act) scheduling option, and you cannot change/remove the maids underwear (nor use nipple/clit piercings).

The "R18" patch restores those options and renders the game identical to the versions found on n-taku and S-court.

No, as far as I can tell the Nekopara DLC's aren't in the wild yet. I'm sure they'll pop up eventually, but they are not included in that link (as of this moment, anyway)

The game, being japanese, has Mosaic censoring.

To remove it, I used this guide -

However, since the game was built with mosaic censoring in mind, the even uncensored the built-in skin models are... lacking in let us say "definition".

So, you'll likely want to mod in some additional skins to make the women actually look like they have organs resembling humans.

I used the skins mentioned in that steam post, and its good enough. Its not perfect, the positioning of pubic hair is a little awkward with them, but it works well enough.

Try launching with "COM3D2.exe" and not "COM3D2x64.exe". During my "try before I buy" phase, I noticed SteamVR starting up when I launched the game with "COM3D2x64.exe". Using "COM3D2.exe" instead brings up a launcher that allows you to toggle VR. The game will be 64-bit, no worries. Only the launcher is 32-bit (so says Task Manager).

I'm sure there's some command line argument you could attach to "COM3D2x64.exe" to skip the launcher completely, and not have have the VR issue at the same time. Like "COM3D2x64.exe -novr" ... I didn't look into it.
