The game doesn't have any real ending.
Check your quests at the top, it's not 100% reliable, but when you're at the end of the available content, it shows everything as "completed" in some fashion.

First of all, you could have said please.
Second, I no longer have them since I've deleted the game and cleared the appdata folder as well (I do this for most short and incomplete games, so if a new version drops by and changes version, adds variables and so on, I will not have any problems.)
Third, it would not help you, as you'd end up in the free roam part, with nothing to do.

This game really needs an Ipatch, it would have been perfect. I guess since it is supported by Patreon, that self-explains it. Somebody should create a fan-made Ipatch. I would do it in a heartbeat if I had the skills.
I'm pretty sure I've seen the female characters in another game, and I'm pretty sure that that had incest in it or a patch.
