Pretty sure you're supposed to escort whoever you take to things.
You can escort them there, but if they want to go off on their own it's not your job to follow them around like a dog on a leash. I don't know where your from but where I'm from people broke off from the group to go do their own things all the time.
That's not a strawman. That is the hypothetical outcome to the hypothetical situation I laid out. It is what I suggested.
So you sit outside the bedroom door while your parents have sex listening, or whoever is fucking? As someone who's parents had divorced, remarried, and I lived with both, have never once done that. You you take the most extreme of a hypothetical and place over the basis of what was said, that's called a strawmanning of what was said.
Oh yeah. At least in part. I can feel the spot where such a thing would hurt. You have at least that much if you want to stab someone in the right section of their feels.
A mom finding a new partner is not a back stab, it's a lack of maturity in the child, which is only understandable to a certain age. Anyone under 13-14 yea I can understand, that's a child still dependent on their mother. 15-18, yea that's a grey area as those are ages where the child actually should be fighting for their own independence from their mother. 21+ outside of a mental issue, there is no excuse. You should know and understand that both parents are grown and can make their own decisions regardless of whether or not you like them. Which is why majority of NTR for the most part literally don't work and most are ineffective unless they have more to them.
