2012 actually. And the previous XP PC from 2001 still works fine for what I do with it (old CAD and other work programs that still do fine without the newer $500-1000 versions). Just because a new one comes out every year doesn't mean people should go out and buy it. My first smartphone was a Note 9 from 4-5 years ago (and bought it used for half new price even then), and still has more shit on it than I'll ever use.

No you don't need to upgrade every year. But by the same token if it's been 12 years since you upgraded, you should forfeit your rights to complain about how a modern 3D game (of any sort) runs. It's a gaming computer, not a car, or even a phone. 12 years is ancient for a gaming PC. The aforementioned 3060 is 3 years old at this point. I'm not even going to touch the poor life choice of running EOL/EOS OS's on computers connected to the internet.

As far as performance goes, I saw a 7.2gb usage of graphics memory, and a 2.6gb usage of physical memory from the exe. My fan did not increase much while running the game. I was running on ultra settings. My graphics card was registering 72*C temp. FPS was stable. No noticeable screen tearing. A 100% gpu usage, no obvious indicators that the cpu was being relied on.
About visuals. Most looked good. Slight problem with shadows. Namely, shadows on the legs and feet of the female character were blocky and solid black.
About game. Minimal content, but much higher quality content than is typical here. The game developer is putting some real effort into this. Game mechanics are pretty straight forward.

RTX3060 - it's mid-end, just something you would know & Minimum requirement: GTX980/1070 - it's low-end nowadays.

Read again what i posted,i am just telling you that even today not everyone has high end pc and the guy you were dissing just wanted to tell you that porn games should at least be somewhat optimized.I dont know if you remember one of batman arkam games being pretty much unplayable.Now a lot of AAA games are like that, where if they put a bit of work they could make it better for lower end pc-s which in turn would make more people buy these games.

/shrug I'd rather stay poor than pay taxes, so it's a bit more complicated than that. Sure, if I could rob a bank and get away with it then I'd upgrade. Besides, Windows 10 sucks ass anyway, already tried it a few years ago when it was new/free, I couldn't switch back to 7 fast enough, even though for new shit there are no W7 drivers.

Well if you want to play newer games you really need to upgrade to at least win 10 (win 7 wont be supported much longer as well), you can buy windows cd keys under 30$ or even free if you try to do it in not so legal way.High end pc for full hd gaming are not that expensive (i live in a shit country and i wouldnt need to work for more than 4 months to buy that kind of pc), but i dont know your life situation so maybe its not possible for you.

Just saw this game today and your post but yeah....... I can barely run this with the low end gaming pc I built myself on High setting and I can run Cyberpunk on ultra settings (granted without ray tracing or 4k since I only have a Nvidia 1070 and 1080p Monitors). I know he said he'd optimize it later but Jesus man those required specs are insane. You know it really needs A LOT of optimization when a Porn game requires these kind of specs compared to triple A games. The pc which I got the parts at their cheapest like 3-4 years ago still cost me 2000 USD and with today's prices it would be a whole lot more because of the damn graphics cards prices being sky high so for most people good luck.... I'll be watching this, but I will not be trying this because I don't feel like stressing my pc out this much to run this game.
