you have to move the mouse to the top of the screen and wait a few seconds for it to show up

Turns out that if you use more than one monitor with them connecting at the top and bottom and play the game on the lower screen, the bar won't show up. Well, if someone else has this problem, then they can find the answer here.

Did you load it through a translation engine? After work I'll get on my desk top and see what I can find .

Oh you said it was on Win 11. That maybe the issue.

Thanks for your reply I finally get it running I use a locale emulator, Btw I tried all the save file that was posted on this thread no luck running any idea on why is that?
