Not by now, you can cheat the game and add the money you want to buy some items, however can't say the same for the future, so it's pretty recommended to play on pc since even there the controls for scenes are a little hard to use.

It's better if you let the user to test for bugs, since the dev already knows how it "should" work, what you don't know it's how every player will interact with it. Milda should just do a quick check.

just use the cheat menu in phone, takes not long to basically unlock everything
