I have completed all the missions that you show in the image except Jenny's, but those missions ask me for a stronger power if I'm not mistaken, what is it that I need to unlock the last power or am I doing something wrong?

The game is open ended, in that there are more events than you need to do unlocks. This is how I did it, the quickest route:
Unlock Warp Mind:
Use lust 5 times
Visit mother at night (no lust) > talk to her > father wakes up > can now use wine + sleeping pills (<<<< IMPORTANT)
[You *might* have to do a cycle of sleep in bed, sleep in bed + tele, sleep in bed + lust here (each time using sleeping pills) but I don't think so. But do it, lust count +1]
Do evening rest > tele+lust & sleeping pills 3 times > have to watch (scenes change each time)
Poppy will comment about gift
Talk to Father at noon in study > use computer > scene plays with Mother using computer
Wait 3 days for parcel to turn up > go to hallway > return to your room before doing another Mother tele/lust cycle or you might break something
Unlock Command Mind, using Warp Mind:
1) Elder Sister running, in woods (morning)
2) Elder Sister, pool, bikini + warp mind (add lust if low on sin - you won't be) (noon)
3) Elder Sister running, no spell, shower, telekinesis soap > warp mind (morning)
4) Younger Sister, her room, romance novel, lust then warp mind (noon)
5) Mother, bath: add oil to bath, no spell, unlock door > warp mind (evening)
Unlock then pops, takes 2 days.
Unlock Corruption, using command Mind:
1) Elder Sister running, in woods (morning)
3) Elder Sister shower, telekinesis soap > command Mind (morning)
2) Elder Sister, pool, talk > command Mind (noon) (requires you to have unlocked her bikini prior stage)
4) Mother, bath: add oil to bath, no spell, unlock door > warp mind (evening)
[Night > refresh Mana]
5) Maid, study: telekinesis, get outfit, show outift, lust, command mind (morning)
Unlock then pops, takes 2 days.
Or just use the save, it avoids any bugs and basically skips the annoying bits and you still have 16 quests + most Mind Controls + then final Corruption endgame to do. All in-game content is repeatable anyhow, so you won't miss anything (barring... well, the game-play of doing the puzzles, but that's on you).

TL;DR
Each character has a set of events that progressively unlock with the more powers you get. The easiest to unlock / farm is the elder sister, so always do her first. Also, yes: kinda sadly the entire puzzle element disappears once you've got Warp Mind and you then just re-do the triggers using the new powers. Which is kinda understandable but disappointing in game-play terms. The exception is the Kitchen Mother scene which is really nicely done in terms of layered progression & skill stacking: sadly this isn't required for any of the ones I listed.
