The evil Dr. Adelle “Ada” Vice is about to plunge Infinity City into a kinky crisis, transforming all of the citizens into loyal and horny bimbos made to serve her through her latest breakthrough, BIMBOSIS! Despite how seemignly oversaturated with artists the market is, getting one on-board any sort of a semi-extensive project can be surprisingly difficult and expensive, especially since "art quality" (subjective as it is) rarely does align well with the price tag the artist would set up. Obtaining and developing a lasting relationship with a good artist is pretty high up on the list a developer is out to do if they aren't planning on making the graphical assets themselves.

Wow, this art is so bad. The worst part is that the artist obviously had the skills but just didn't care - you can see stuff missaligned, a bit twisted or just anatomicaly impossible in the same picture where other part of it is just fine, the artist just didn't bother to fix or redraw it.
This and the idiotic perspective where heroines are just facing 180 degrees away from the enemy makes just looking at the screens painful.
