It's in the desert. The area you need to head to is north where the big fence is. I can't remember the exact order of cave entrances you need to go to but explore that area and you'll eventually find the plant.

Who's to say? Drugs? Condoms? Polaroids of naked aliens? No idea what it's for - I'll have to play the update soon and find out myself... Based on what I've found digging the desert, my money's on more condoms. It for sure ain't the fossils I'm missing from the museum.

You need to go to the thompsons' house and then talk to Rhonda at the living room
For this quest, you need go to the shower in the restrooms (boys)
Otherwise if it doesn't work, go to the girls' bathroom
