Not sure about the real "new" artwork.
We only had one recent preview posted here, of those grotesque hentai tits. Not much else is publicly visible on Patreon except the new alien woman back in september, and some indications of finer shading for the old characters.
Also, the MC now has brown hair? I'd actually prefer that, the neon-pink haircolor for the family really bothered me.

07-20-2021: 0.6 release
05-19-2022: 0.6.5 release
03-17-2023: Announcement of 0.7, and plans for Steam

04-11-2024: Nothing - after 2 years
If this isn't the laziest dev right next to Dr. Bones, then i don't know.
Updates going from "a few months" to "almost a year", to now two years.
If you'd assume that the game is perhaps 10% completed as of 0.6.5, and it has been in development since at least
2018 (six frikkin' years!), you can extrapolate the possible time until completion.
At the current pace, we are looking at one of these two options:
A) The game will be hastily wrapped up in the next 1-2 years for a quick cash on Steam (before it gets removed there)
B) The game will take between 25 and 50 more years to complete
