Is every chapter completely separate? meaning I have to download chapter 1 for chapter 1 scenes, etc...?

The animation is even good, Irene is very beautiful, but there is no text in the text boxes of the narrator ... although we know exactly what is happening, the game is somewhat empty ... this has happened since the 1st part.
