Let me put this to (semi-)rest. MDots is the one who put forth the “sex with a dog” idea. Hearsz and I differ. Then a lot of fans differ based on “lack of agency” on the part of the dog - similar to why we don’t have underage sex, due to lack of agency.
Currently MDots has not countered the no votes from Hearsz and myself.
me, personally, I have three other reasons why dog sex sucks:
1 - I don’t find it sexy (but then, I don’t find foot or urine fetishes sexy, but we have a little of both);
2 - Imo, there is no way to make the facial features of a dog look sexy during sex - unlike that of a human; and
3 - Scientifically, sex with a dog is NOT about thrusting and friction, which is what would stimulate a human female vagina. Instead, it is about a dog locking their penis and vagina in place, turning butt to butt, and standing in place for 30 minutes to an hour while the female is inseminated.
(Though it might be funny to reenact the actual biology of sex with a dog with D and have it devolve into D just being stuck in connection with Fido while the 30-60 minute wait takes place).

As I said before D having sex with a dog appears to be way out of her personality, ironically ultimately created by Mr.Dots.
I'm not saying anything about the visual aspect just would be hard to realistically incorporate into the story, unless D was on massive mind altering substances.
However having said that, D try dog sex and getting knotted, then getting a text from her father he's on the way home (perhaps with company) and D on the floor on all fours trying to get free before he gets home would be a humorous (bestiality aside) scene. the key here is entertainment, some might enjoy, some might abhor but ultimately its YOUR CHOICE (or mr. dots choice) whether to go through with it, that's all it comes down to...a choice. and frankly it could add a flavor to the main story as well...D likes to experiment now becoz sexz is fun and interesting. you (the dad) did give her some freedom of choice...so yeah---bestiality could be on the scene...she could even do it once in a while, when "dad" is doing "business" with other women heck even margo could join in during those times or elena...or jennifer! Specifically stating there will be a pet route just for someone to get a pet and thats it would be very misleading. Very, very misleading even, especially when thats stated along other routes that basically point out with whom there will be a possible relationship. And no, they are not referring to friendly, social relationships, lets be honest.
So either a bad joke, or a great misunderstanding, or a now forfeited idea because the other people working on the game dont exactly like it.
I get it, thats how it goes sometimes, but I also really dont like it because thats how it goes way too often with way too many games. Fantasy/Fiction gets narrowed down an awful lot of time, to be fair mostly because of certain websites proclaiming it to be not allowed, and not because creators suddenly hate the idea of certain content.

That's not how this works and these are arguments if it was real life, not a sex game.
The female characters and every other character exists to entertain. The characters aren't real people living real lives, they are (or should be) written and designed for the purpose of driving the story forward for the readers entertainment and someone actively has to make those things happen, that includes female love interests fucking men other than the MC. So if you like the idea of seeing women fuck other men in a sex game so be it but its not hard to see how that approaches NTR territory.
Also the rape argument doesn't hold any merit when again it's fiction, millions of people are probably playing games right now where they murder people. Like anything else all that matters is how it impacts the enjoyment of the reader.
