No, she is only mentioned in version 20, but doesn't appear. The most recent scene with her was at the airport at the beginning of Chapter 2. However, what is mentioned about her in version 20 will definitely lead to some future (optional) content.

The substandard writing in this game is also present in Melody.
Like wtf? This game has a loser MC which the player has no control over. D has been blue balling the MC for like 2 years and as the MC you are forced to watch him say "Oh that's ok D, take your time. Whenever you're ready D. I love you."
THEN! when the fucken MC finally gets to penetrate the bobble head with a gigantic cock, you - the player - doesn't even get to choose if you cum inside or not. Rather, you are forced by Mr Dots to come outside like a pussy-girl-homo. Fucken bullshit.
And what's up with the size of D's head anyways? It's like the height of her head is greater than the size of her torso, it makes no sense.

You do realize that for the characters, it has only been a few weeks, and not years as you call it?
Also, if you look at the responses to this update, and the game itself from damned near everyone else, they are the exact opposite of damned near every word that you typed.

You know, even though there's no way dad & daughter could actually get married, (being as they are, you know, dad & daughter,) they COULD just fake it. They already legally have the same surname and are planning a move to a new city: just slap on a couple rings and represent themselves to everyone in the new location as man & wife. They'd have to break with most everyone who knew they were related, (except the few who might be in on it - like Elena,) but it's a plot device that has been used before, (at least with a brother & sister pair).

If her mother arranged for her to be adopted by her step father, she would have her step fathers last name.
That passport she has would be from a different country, and in most cases a passport is considered as good of proof of identity, as a birth certificate is.

When they finish chapter 2, we should expect about half of the content already released to be added yet. We should also notice how many corruption levels are left to be reached. We reached level 11 of 18! Great for us this game still has a long way to go!

there's one thing i really didn't liked in this update and it is Georgina spying on F through webcam,she really fell in my eyes there...I read Jennifer did it even worse so i'm glad i'm not on her route
got to say i totally didn't expected to see D resolving her situation with mom,F getting to go away with D back home and D losing virginity in the same update. Game picked up a pace,i'm glad to see it but i also hope that doesn't mean that there's only few updates left until it's completion
