Could use some help:

I tried downloading mac version through mega on firefox, but it said i had to do it through chrome. about an hour of downloading through mega on chrome, and it tells me my transfer quota is exceeded, and that i have to wait 6 hours to continue.

Anyone have any quick fixes that aren't changing IP addresses or paying money? Waiting isn't the end of the world, but it will get old fast if i have to do it every time i want to download something as minuscule as game update.

you could try dling via mega sync (need to register and install sync) or use filesupload (not as fast as mega but quite fast).

googe chrome ip address change extension vnp program download. Perform the download via mega, select different ip address when the quota is full and refresh the maga page via the address bar and then press continue to download button. the download process will continue.

I am using desktop version of MegaDownloader and Star VPN. Just launch star vpn and connect first and your quota will be unlimited on MEGA Downloader desktop

My guess would be that your antivirus application is blocking access to some files, either when you unzipped the game or now when you try to run the game.
