I admit that in CH1 and CH2 it was a bit interesting. There were these emotions then, MC tried to form a relationship with D, tried to make sure nothing got in their way (Rachel for example) when D was taken from MC at the end of Ch1, then I was devastated, I wanted her back as soon as possible. Meeting D on the street in Ch2 was exciting and emotional.. :)
There was a lot going on then.
But from Ch3, when the MC with D already leading a happy life, it becomes monotonous, as for me - boring.

I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks so.

It seems Chapter 3 is more-or-less a set up for Chapter 4.
IMO monotony depends on what path you are playing.
D only path appears to be same-thing-different-update with no expectations of new challenges.
D sharing is setting up D's future sex activities in Chapter 4. Unfortunately it looks like D will not be as sexually active as she was envisioned to be when DMD began.

For me chapter 2 was the most boring of the game, I liked that in chapter 3 you have the possibility to try new things (in terms of sex) for D. To vary things a little.
But if you are on D only path, I guess chapter 3 must be more monotonous, I probably wouldn't be able to play the game that way since I already had such a hard time finishing chapter 2.

Ah, I thought you were arguing in favor of her doing stuff on her own regardless of the father's opinion, you know her getting out of his shadow and becoming her own person and all that jazz, which I don't see happening in a million years hahaha. But if you are saying that F could push her into trying some kinkier stuff I can agree with that, even in the daughter only route if you had enough points you could do light BDSM stuff with her in chapter 3 IIRC. But, as always, the father will always call the shots, regardless if he is cheating or not.

I dont mind F cheating, but it need to be in a way that I can "enjoy it", he need to be more "aware" of his acts.
lets say we play a "cheating" F, if I do that I also want to be a "manipulative" bastard toward D, corrupt her to be submissive and my own plaything. this "Im a good guy" persona is making me sick and only works in the "D+F" route.
sure, we can have a "D+F" with more kinky stuff without F being a jerk, but when he is fooling around and in the same time he is this "the incest father of the year", I really dont enjoy it. if u ever tried "Our Fate" and the more "evil" path, this is what I want the Mc to be when pushing her into all kind of fetishes and in the same time cheating my ass off.

but we dont have that, we have the same F in all routes, no matter what we do. for me the only route that works with that kind of "mindset" F has, is F+D. even the nudist beach, 4some shit is out of character if u think how he acted in the past. even the photoshop and "expose" them outside is out of character. if we follow the very short timeline it should be impossible for F to just start to accept that kind of exposure.

IMO the way F behaves he's not so much over protective of D as he is territorial of his daughter with benefits.
If he lets D have sex with another guy it will be as much for his entertainment as her's.
Actually for me F sitting in the same room D is having sex in watching her is creepy as fuck. I'm more an advocate of F watching on a spy-cam while he records D's show and has sex with Elena. I don't think Georgina is open minded enough to have sex while watching D have sex.

Oh yeah I remember that game, shame that it was abandoned... the paths had a very different feeling from each other despite having almost the same events hahaha, the writing was genius in creating the atmosphere due to the good/evil monologues and manipulations of the father.

In contrast, the father acts pretty much the same all the time here, he is a "good" guy through and through in all paths, in the cheating he is basically spreading the love so the other girls don't feel bad for being rejected or some BS, and doesn't tell D so her feelings won't be hurt until she is ready to tolerate it(see what a nice guy he is hahaha). I guess that we could see some kind of kinkier stuff in a lighthearted way in the future, but downright evil/masterful manipulation like in Our Fate is out of the question as this was never a premise in this game (to my knowledge at least, which I admit is based on the feeling I got from playing the most recent version from start to finish).
