How do you figure that the Doctor tries to blackmail Elena?? When the Doctor asks Elena if she liked the way he put her hand on her leg at the dinner table she says "well I didn't hate it, but if my dad saw us he would kick your ass".....She then proceeds to tell him that if anything happens between them, that it will be on her terms. He complies to everything she has to say politely.
