Martin act like a teenager, not an adult. I mean, sure, he desire her (who doesn't) and as an adult you can "care", but to "love"?
thats on another level.
on the other hand, D is young and would make sense that she can not separate desire with love.

You need some measure of realism if you are to tell a good story otherwise you end up with characters and situations so absurd, they become a comical meme. And if story/characters don't matter then why have one in the first place and not just a sequence of porn pictures?

To me neither of the two games you mentioned is realistic and/or has particularly good writing.

Do I have to start from the beginning for the choices to stick?
If you turn them off in the middle, he doesn't stick to your choices and does what he wants.
He can be way too pushy sometimes and can't stop him no matter what.

When the game has literally given you the choice over every single pairing options outside of F and D, what makes you think that if they do include bestiality it will not also be 100% optional? As with every other sharing option, if you don't want to see it, don't click the options that enable it.
