So everything worked fine with Chap 1 and are you still having issues now in Chap 2 after overwriting the lib files with the newer ones I have in Chap 1?
Can you do a maximized or full screen now as Lain's mods should not have changed anything for that as these type of mods just change the game dialogue.

nope, dmd and living with mia came out around same time (lwm is 5+ years old and dmd sameish) and i think lewd island is much newer game.I played through and completed chapter 1 for the first time today. I must say that it feels like I am experiencing Deja Vu. Have you guys played "Summer with Mia" and "Lewd Island"? I think that these 3 games are made by the same person. Here is why:

We’re two weeks into the production of Dating My Daughter - Version 32 and all is running pretty smoothly at the moment.
The ideas for each scene are flowing and various paths are going to be covered in this next update.
We’re doing our very best to give every character that you’re involved with a very satisfying end to each respective path/story and that all begins with great planning.
We also want to cover some of the fetishes that we haven’t explored yet with Dee and to of course, make them an optional choice for you all.
For this second preview, you and your more carefree daughter are getting it on in the front of the car that Koko has temporarily loaned to you.
But what has taken place before this scene to lead to this specific event happening?
And are the two of you all alone or could anybody just walk by and see that the car is a-rockin’?

For my taste, the only thing that would change would be the perspective of the camera, it seems that the MC measures 2 meters or the girls are very small, because poor D will break her neck one day when she wants to look at her father's face. On the other hand, in the rest of the games it is usually seen from the same height.
Sometimes it reminds me of when Frodo and Gandalf were together: D
By the way, the deepfake video, the face does not resemble the character at all, and the body less. For the next time maybe Dillion Harper would suit her when she was blonde for example.

The D Only path has dulled the D Sharing path. It is doubtful we will see D go to a swingers club and have sex just for fun, or see her strip, or see her have sex without F being present (I don't mean NTR), hook up with a girl, or any of a multitude of sexual corruption we thought D would under take back in Chapter 1.
So much promise in the beginning but now it looks like so little variety will become part of D's story.

Traci was the "hot new star" during those years--she was in a lot of loops and films. I found an interesting podcast series trying to find the truth/truths in her story. Once Upon a Time in the Valley. Lots of interesting information about the industry in the early 80s as well as her involvement.
The Traci videos used to exist on PornHub before the purge. There was talk of C****-porn, and the way it was worded, it wasn't just Traci videos, it was people posting their own homemade ones. The way the reports were written, it was unclear if such were people 17 or 8.
If I understand some of the European laws (I was actually reading up on the history of Color Climax a few weeks go), age of consent (in Denmark, at least) is still 15, so though it is illegal to sell images of 15-17 models (international agreement), it is legal to possess such images if the model gave consent. The same happened to the porn mag/film company Club Seventeen. They had to purge their files of the under 18 images.
Looking at the D cameo in The Awakening, it struck me how much that version of the model looked like Traci. Made me wonder if the original designer of the model did that on purpose.

Yeah, the awakening of all of D's desires got waylaid as people had fears of NTR. It happened more gradually here, unlike the storm that happened on SL over the feared "open relationship." Here, it seems to have been done by way of a Death by a Thousand Cuts. (not a reference to Taylor Swift, btw--didn't even know the song existed until seconds ago)
I still wonder if the image of Naked D sitting front of Rocky was a reference to the Kink that Would Not Be (one of the two kinks Color Climax used to be known for).

the storyline was neutered by Patr eon and/or corrupted by listening to a few squicky wheels. coupled with a lack of writing creativity. Or they want to wrap it up entirely.
All the same, I look forward to the next update.
