The corruption level mechanism(if you can even call it a mechanism) is kind of arbitrary. The game does not give you opportunity to exercise corruption perks outside of the rails of the story, where you could otherwise not be able to.
There is "corruption" but it is within the story itself, and the player has a sense of it that is not tied to a value or perk.
I think it could potentially evolve to play a larger roll where the corruption level is split from story progression. Perhaps the story could progress to a conclusion where the daughter is not completely corrupt, but still open to you sexually. I personally would not want the D to turn into a complete whore by the end of the game.
