Sorry but you are breaking it in two parts, it is a single sentence the "that is" part signifies that the incest and other genres are prohibited only when they are non-consensual.

From a legal stand point this could honestly been seen as a loop hole as it can easily be misunderstood.

I've seen a few people mentioning this part now, so I just want to point out the placement of the comma and the or.
In my mind, the , or separates fetish content from the other two, and the hard to distinguish part is only applying to fetish content. In my mind incest and necrophilia are just out either way. Other fetish content will be decided on in a case by case basis. Others may read that differently, but that's how I read it.
This makes sense to me, as some fetish content can be adult but doesn't involve sex, or involves consensual sex. Fetishes can include foot fetishes, dress up/cosplay fetishes, and a whole bunch of other things. In this case, they are probably referring to bondage fetishes, which can sometimes be hard to distinguish...
In either case, in the guidelines update Patreon mentioned a huge loophole by allowing 'works of fiction' such as Lolita and Game of Thrones. Since most porn games are works of fiction anyways, yeah I think you have an out there. Whether the Trust and Safety team sees it that way will likely be very subjective, so best of luck to those who get caught in this dragnet.

Total nonsense! Devs shouldn't change anything about their games. Because they're fiction!
Maybe, if common sense doesn't return to Patreon's admins they should look for another way to get support for their work, and that's all.

There will be 3 chappters and chap 1 is being finalize at this time in the next 3 updates with v14 being the largest of the 3.
A lot of the loopholes in the story will be done and closed with Elena having a condom on her from now on.
V15 will fix any bugs and any loopholes that still remain and may contain new content as well with v16 fixing any bugs from v14 and v15.
There will also be a code gen up at the end of chap that you will get to put in the next chap to continue where you left off in chap 1.
Its not as easy as it sounds, the higher tier creators can shift to other sources but it will be difficult for lower tier and upcoming creators to advertise and get support.

. I haven't really been following things too much. However there was once a project trying to make an adult steam (I forget the name) it pretty much fell through but some people saw it and decided to scoop it up, that's Nutaku. While I think they mostly intend completed games if patreon is starting to chase away its porn devs I wouldn't be too surprised if Nutaku was willing to work something out for creators to cash in.

I was pretty upset when it fell through. Sure Nutaku snapped it up but it changed A LOT when they did lol
Yeah I had heard a while back that MrDots seperating the game into chapters just wasnt sure what was gonna come of it or how it was gonna work.
So I may as well until the end of Ch.1 to pick it back up I guess xD
I think I also saw something on the thread about a new/upcoming update breaking previous saves?
