Is it the download on the TOP? I downloaded it recently and still have that bug. That bug is where D has conv with Elena at the spa. I pressed ignore and i missed some dialogues.

Yes, that was the big bug of this update. That is in the upload from page 1.
But the dl from page 652 (see @rciik post) is the improved bug-fix version (3rd post from bottom). The new update is this Saturday and you can get a cleaner version then.
If you are on a D-only path, you are supposed to miss a few dialogues with Elena at the spa. Or are you accepting Elena?

I accepted Elena, I and she arr having some naughty dialogues.
