Since I am having some problem with playing chapter two as I have said before (can't seem to continue from chapter one with my choice and stats) I didn't know that. But is D really going to change herself in a few days staying apart from F????

Here's the problem. Unless a Chapter 1 save is at the very end, that would never work with Chapter 2 because of missing data (between the game moment and the actual end of Chapter 1).
I only play the D-only path. At the welcome screen, I choose "continue from Chapter 1" and go to Chapter 2 with my full array of points.
That same process should work for EVERY path. But you have to reach the last screen of Chapter 1 EACH time. Then switching to Chapter 2 should get you transferred. Once started Chapter 2, make a quick save (such as D + E ; Day 0). Once all your chosen paths are in place for Chapter 2, ANY start point can be changed to a different path by loading one of those saves.
But absolutely go to the final screen--"thank you" on the screen--first.
Forget about loading any prior saves. If you had prior Chapter 2 saves, delete them. Prior Chapter 1 saves are still useful for replays.
I hope you're using Chapter 1--14.5. If not, the bad news is you'll have to.

Hmm....may be that's the reason. I was playing the 14.0 version. Even though it is a finished game it was not compatible with chapter two. So dev made 14.5 to make it compatible with chapter two????

And I read that you can't progress to ch2
if you really couldn't load savegame form ch1 in ch2, just start ch2 without savegame. All relevant decisions you've mad can be entered again at start by chosing "Continue from Ch.1" instead of "Load Game"
