Does this game save any files outside of the directory from which is run?
Because I just started v0.14.5 and after a minute of gameplay (after inviting D to the flat), I get some scripts error
(related to the rewards). I don't know if some older files may interfere. Obviously I unpacked v0.14.5 to the new folder (not into v0.10, which I still have on my HDD)

Mr. Dots did that because Patreon cracked down pretty hard on certain types of adult games, and when the game has the word Daughter in its name... there wasn't much of a fighting chance to keep the game on Patreon.
Melody is the project that is on Patreon and that way they can keep Patrons happy and the money flowing. The unfortunate thing is that DMD is nowhere near complete, probably takes around 10 more updates for Chapter 2 (unless they decide to try and finish it up faster and with fewer updates now). Also read somewhere that Chapter 3 was planned, but not sure what happens to that now that the main focus is on Melody. DMD is still going to updated though, which is good, but have to wait a couple of months for the next one.
That is quite unfortunate. I'm actually waiting for DmD to finish before playing it, so knowing this it seems I have to wait longer.
I agree completely. I have the sound turned off 99% of the time. Especially with porn games, but also with AAA "normal" games, except shooters etc where you need to hear someone sneaking up on you.
I guess animations do add something, but given the time they seem to take, I think it's not worth it.
More time on picture renders and writing also means more story progression!

I've been playing this since they first met and normaly i do skip because i'm lazy to read but for this game i decided to read everything and i can't wait for future updates and hopefully first sex with dad scene

A bit of sexy moaning like in Nenad's Willy D can go a long way towards immersion, and adding a few royalty free background songs or UI sounds neither hurt the game nor the development time. But yeah, complete character voice-over or some kind of narrator are completely unnecessary!

As per Patreon's rules incest games are not allowed, you must have something up on Patreon for you to get your money as Melody does not have that tag it's on the site and DmD has been moved to dott's site.

Pregnancy is still an option on the long story arc. That appears to be the only reason for condoms - to avoid pregnancy - as STDs or getting tested for STDs is not an element of this world. “Nothing sexier in a porn than the fear of STDs” - I think some famous comedian said that.
